We manufacture precision machines by machining plates and round bars made of plastic and rubber with machining centers and CNC lathes.
In addition to commercially available materials, we also manufacture thick machining plate blocks out of materials specified fy customers. Taking advantage of the characteristics of machining without molds, we can handle a wide variety of products in small lots.
For prototypes and small lots of different products, machining without molds ensures high-precision processing at low cost and in a short time.
We also help our customers solve their challenges and problems responding to all their resin and rubber-related requests through the manufacturing of covers and tanks by welding and bonding PTFE, PP, polycarbonate and vinyl chloride, the processing of urethane rubber and silicon rubber, and surface treatment with lining and Teflon coating.
